Edit an Entity Order Item


Administrators can update the GL accounts or Bill Me Enabled on an entity order item.


Changing an entity order item will effect many areas of Nimble AMS. We recommend not changing your entity order items unless you are configuring Nimble AMS for the first time.


  1. In the tab bar, click  AppLauncher.png App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  PlusSign.png Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

  2. Click Entities.

  3. Select a list view—like All Active Entities—and click Go!

  4. Click Edit next to the entity you want to modify.

  5. In the Entity Order Items related list, click Edit next to the entity order item you want to edit.

  6. Make the desired changes.

  7. Click Save.
