Edit an Order Item Configuration


Administrators can edit order items supported by Nimble AMS.


Updating a order item configuration has far-reaching effects in Nimble AMS and should be done only when setting up Nimble AMS.


  1. In the tab bar, click  AppLauncher.png App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  PlusSign.png Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

  2. Click Order Item Configuration.

  3. Select a list view—like All Order Item Configurations—and click Go!

  4. Click the name of the order item configuration you want to modify.

  5. Make the desired changes.

  6. Click Save.
