Staff can select a date on which to end a membership, without the need to cancel or issue a refund.
You should only follow these instructions if you want to end a membership without canceling the membership or issuing a refund.
To give staff users the ability to use the End Date Override functionality, Administrator must enable it. To enable End Date Override functionality, follow the below steps:

Add End Date Override field to the page layout of Membership Object.

In the tab bar, click
App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click
Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

Click Memberships.

Select a preferred list view from the available options.

Click Edit next to the membership you would like to edit.

In
End Date Override, enter the date on which the membership should end. -
Click Save.
