Action For Individual Card Type

The Action For Individual card type displays when there is an affiliation whose ID is stored in a cookie. When displayed, the card type contains a message to constituents letting them know they are "Creating Individual Affiliation For: " an account. The displayed account name is the parent account on the affiliation whose ID is stored in a cookie.
