My Registrations Page

Registration

My Registrations shows users their upcoming and past registrations as well as any made for their colleagues. Users can also click to view additional details on a registration.

Editing

On My Registrations users can edit a registration they've made. When users click to edit a registration, they are taken to the first step of the registration process where they can begin making changes.

Cancellation

On My Registrations users can cancel a registration they've made. Also, My Registrations does not show registrations that have been canceled.

Cancellation with No Fees

When users click to cancel, they are shown a dialog box making sure they want to cancel which they must confirm. Once users confirm, they are taken to Checkout.

Cancellation with Fees

When users click to cancel, they are shown a dialog box letting them know that there are fees for cancellation which they must confirm. Once users confirm, they are taken to Checkout.

If a constituent or staff member attempt to refund a payment in Community Hub within 24 hours of the payment being submitted, the following error will appear due to the payment gateway not being able to fully process the initial payment:

"Sorry, we are still processing your payment. You may either contact the staff to process the refund immediately or come back tomorrow to process the refund online."
