Enhancement: One Payment UI now supports calculating Tax and Shipping for Orders
Nimble AMS One Payment Staff View feature offers efficiency to staff users and now supports calculating Tax and Shipping cost for Orders. This One Payment UI improvement enhances the staff user experience making a smooth process for Orders with Tax and Shipping costs.

Enhancement: Refund Validation for Original Stored Payment Method
The refund validation enhancement ensures that refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stored Payment Method), improving accuracy and compliance. In exceptional scenarios, refunds via Cash, Check, and Credit Refund are permitted.

Enhancement: New Dynamic Search Wizard
The new easy-to-use Dynamic Search Wizard feature walks you through the setup process for Dynamic Search making it simple and fast. The Dynamic Search Wizard allows Association Staff to quickly add search capabilities to a Dynamic Grid

Events card now displays the location correctly
When the Country is not set on the upcoming Events card, an extra comma displays following the State location.

Original System Design: When the Country is not set, the location should not display an extra comma.
Solution: Removed the extra comma in the address field.

Required renewal products added with incorrect MTPL
Required products are added to Renewal Carts by Bulk Billing. If a Required Join MTPL was included in the original Order, it was incorrectly being used in the renewal Cart instead of the Renew MTPL for the same product.

Original System Design: Renewal MTPLs should be used when Required products are added to Renewal Carts.
Solution: Required products should use the Renew stage MTPL when included in Renewal Carts.

SOQL query limit resolved
The Order Processor exceeds SOQL query limits when processing more than 200 Orders.

Original System Design: Bulk Orders should process without SOQL errors.
Solution: The SOQL error is now resolved for bulk Orders.

Community Hub Registration Cancellation with Hosted Credit Cards now successful
When an end user purchases a Registration with a Hosted Credit Card then cancels from the My Registrations page, the message, “Because your original payment was made with something other than a credit card, you must contact the office to process your refund.” is received although Staff View shows a Hosted Credit Card is used.

Original System Design: Canceling a Registration from the My Registration page should result in the Registration being cancelled.
Solution: Updated Community Hub Login User Profile by assigning the “CreditCardHosted” record type.

Expired Coupons removed from older Carts
In Community Hub, existing Carts with an expired Coupon are not able to be modified by adding new products to the Cart. The end user receives these messages based on the type of store.
Classic store - “We are unable to process your request. Please refresh this page and try again.”
Lightning store - “Sorry, something has gone wrong. Our team is working on it.”

Original System Design: Adding products to an existing Cart should reload the Cart and recalculate pricing, removing expired Coupons.
Solution: Updated the processing logic to reload the existing Cart.

Orders now flow to the Manual batch selected
When Community Hub Hybrid Model is enabled Staff users experience an issue with Orders and the Manual batch. Staff users create a Manual batch then place a Membership Order using the Manual batch. The Staff user then creates a Check payment method that saves the Order. When the transaction is created, it is not related to the Manual batch.

Original System Design: Transactions should be created to the manual batch selected during order creation process.
Solution: Now the batch will be selected during staff Order entry when the Hybrid Model is enabled.

Active Registration cancellation successful
Cancelling an active Registration in Community Hub failed with error message, ‘Security Code: Value is invalid.' This error message does not allow end users to cancel Registrations from the My Registrations page.

Solution: Now, users can successfully cancel active Registrations from the My Registration page.

End dates for Event Details now match between Staff View and Community Hub
On the Events page in Community Hub, the Events Details LWC displays the year end date incorrectly. If the Event end date is greater than December 26th then the year end date is increased by 1. For example, if the Event date is December 27th - 30th for 2026 then Event is displayed as December 27th - 30th 2027.

Solution: Now, Event Details in Community Hub will match Event dates in Staff View.

Checkout page with Coupon Codes now error free
On the Community Hub Checkout page, end users receive an error message when purchasing a Subscription product then apply a Coupon code at checkout. This happens when Community Hub Subscriptions are enabled and a Coupon Rule is configured with at least one Coupon Discount link.

Inactive Products no longer accessible
In Community Hub, inactive products are accessible through the Product Detail page and can be added to a Cart.

Original System Design: Inactive Products should not be visible or accessible for adding to the cart.
Solution: Inactive Products are no longer accessible through the Product Detail page and added an error message to provide guidance to the end user.
“Sorry, this product is inactive and cannot be accessed. Contact the office if you need assistance.”

Adding Memberships to Proforma Orders is now successful
Community Hub and Guest users experience an error message when the Nimble Action attempts to add Memberships to a ProForma Order when sharing is set to internal.

Original System Design: The Nimble Action should successfully add a Membership production to a Proforma Order.
Solution: Updated invocable Apex methods for adding products to Proforma Orders to avoid sharing restrictions when running as Community Hub and guest users.

Event answers now save without error
In Community Hub, Event answers do not save when a custom badge information card is created by cloning the Standard badge information card on the Customize the Experience page. This results in the end user being unable to submit the Order.

Solution: Now, answers to Event Questions save and allow the Order to submit successfully.

Member Portal
What's New?
Enhancement: Checkout Now button improvements
Users with an incomplete Registration will see the Checkout Now button as disabled. Once the Registration is updated to a complete status, a validation will run which enables the Checkout Now button on the Cart page.

Member Portal LWC Checkout page loads
Member portal users experience an issue when selecting an Event from the Upcoming Events page, registering and then attempting to checkout. The Checkout page loads but the LWC does not display which results in an error message, and the Order is not created.

Association Staff users now see hidden Events
In Member Portal, the Community Hub Hide an Event feature keeps an Event unseen for Constituents until the Association staff users make the Event live. However, some staff users receive error message “No record found. Please check the ID specified is of Event record and it is self-service enabled and is Active.” during testing of a hidden Event.

Solution: Now, Association staff will see Events when the Hide an Event feature is enabled.

One-Click Checkout for Zero Dollars products successful
When Member Portal is enabled, the end user is unable to click the submit button on the checkout page for an Event Registration for a Zero Dollar product. Although, the Skip Checkout for Zero Dollars checkbox is checked on the product, the end user is unable to purchase the product.

Guest user Donations and Product Orders now successful
The Pay button on the Donation LWC and Checkout page continually spins when Guest users place Orders.
