Flexible Payments in the Member Portal (Experience Cloud)
Our Nimble AMS offers flexible payment options on the Member Portal Checkout page, allowing association members to easily schedule and manage their payments in the Member Portal, built on Experience Cloud. Flexible Payment includes three key payment options: One-Time Scheduled Payments, Installment Payments, and Recurring Orders with Saved Payment Methods. Members now have the flexibility to choose and adjust their payment preferences at any time. These options not only improve the member experience by offering convenient choices for payment dates and amounts but also help associations maintain steady revenue through consistent payments.
Introducing flexible payment options on the Member Portal Checkout page enhances the payment process, allowing for quicker and more efficient transactions. Members can now manage their payments with ease and confidence, while staff users can create and manage flexible payments for both Processed and Pro Forma orders. This streamlined feature benefits both members and staff, enhancing financial management and ensuring a seamless experience.
While there are different types of flexible payments,
One-time Scheduled Payments: It allows members to make an immediate payment or schedule the full payment in a single transaction on a date of their choice.
Installment Payments: It enables members to split a large payment into multiple smaller payments over a defined period, making it easier to manage financial commitments. Instead of paying the full amount upfront, members can select an installment plan that suits their preferences.
Recurring Orders with a Saved Payment: A payment that automatically renews in perpetuity until canceled. Think of a monthly donation or membership that automatically renews yearly.
