Deal Statuses

View a description of each Deal Status value to understand how to use this field.

These are the values available for Deal Status:

Deal Status	Description
`New`	Deal is new and no actions have been taken.
`Contacted`	A staff person has communicated with this constituent about the deal. Use activities to track these communications. Learn more on Trailhead.
`On Hold`	The deal is not ready for conversion yet. An admin can add more `Deal Status` values if your team wants to track different stages of the deal. Learn how to Add or Edit Picklist Values.
`Ready for Convert`	The deal is ready to convert into an order.
`Accepted`	The deal is won; the constituent has accepted the deal.
`Declined`	The deal is lost; the constituent has declined the deal.
