Get a Payment URL

Staff can share a unique URL with constituents which takes them to Community Hub where they can pay their outstanding balance with or without logging in.

Get a Payment URL for an Order

1. In the tab bar, click  App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

2. Click Orders.

3. Select a list view–like All Orders–and click Go!

4. Click the order you would like to share.

5. In Payment URL, you will find the URL that takes constituents to Community Hub where they can pay outstanding balance for the order.

   If the balance for the order is $0, the value is Balance is paid., so it does not need to be shared.

   
   

Get a Payment URL for a Cart

1. In the tab bar, click  App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

2. Click Carts.

3. Select a list view–like All Carts–and click Go!

4. Click the cart you would like to share.

5. In Payment URL, you will find the URL that takes constituents to Community Hub where they can pay outstanding balance for the cart.

   If the balance for the cart is $0, the value is Balance is paid., so it does not need to be shared.
