Users who have not registered themselves or others for an event can directly go to the registration process. A user without a primary affiliation can also register a colleague.
Prerequisites

Co-worker registration needs to be enabled for the respective event. To enable co-worker registration, see Enabling Co-worker Registration for an Event.

Organization account should have child affiliation for which they need to register colleagues.
Steps to register a colleague
Once an event is created in Community Hub, constituents can register their colleagues for the event. The staff user can also register for a constituent's colleague by following the below steps:

From an Account, navigate to Community Hub.

Go to Upcoming Events page.

Click on the event for which you want to register a colleague.

Click Register.

On Manage Registrations page, select
Register a Colleague. -
Select
Colleague Name.The list of colleagues displayed here will depend on child affiliations added to the organization account.

Click Next.

Select
Registrationin Registration section. -
Select the required sessions on Choose Sessions page.

Click Checkout.

Review your selection and make the payment.
