By default, bill me collects a purchase order number and invoice description which is added to the Cart object, you can customize Nimble AMS to collect different information which is added to the Cart object.

From Setup, click Create | Objects.

Click Cart.

In the Field Sets section, click Edit next to Bill Me Detail.

Click and drag fields into the "In the Field Set" area.
Press CTRL/CMND to select multiple fields.
Be sure to select Required for all fields your constituents must fill out to be able to check out.

Click Save.
To collect information in custom fields on the Cart and Order objects, you'll also need to customize the Cart Submitter through development effort to use the custom fields.
