View a Donation

Staff can review the details of a single donation, donations using a certain product, or all donations toward an appeal.

Single Donation

1. In the tab bar, click  App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

2. Click Donations.

3. Review the listed donations or select a different list view.

4. Click the donation record you want to view.

Donation by Product

1. In the tab bar, click  App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

2. Click Products.

3. Select a list view–like All Donation Products–and click Go!

4. Click the donation product record you want to view.

5. Use the Donations related list to view all donations made using the donation product.

Donations by Appeal

1. In the tab bar, click  App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

2. Click Appeals.

3. Select a list view–like All–and click Go!

4. Click an appeal record.

5. In the Donations related list, you can see all donations made toward this appeal.
