Member Portal Improvements (Built on Experience Cloud)As part of our continuous effort to enhance the member and staff experience, we are thrilled to announce some exciting improvements in the new Member Portal. Bill MeAllow eligible accounts to receive an invoice for their purchases instead of paying immediately with a credit card. This gives organizations and individual members greater flexibility in how they manage payments, while maintaining clear visibility into outstanding balances and due dates. Personal Snapshot / Account ManagementThe redesigned Profile Management experience in the Member Portal is built to empower members and streamline staff operations. It centralizes key account functions—like affiliations, registrations, and account info—into a modern, intuitive interface that reflects best-in-class user experience standards. Dynamic Grid & Actions Setup WizardThe Dynamic Grid & Actions Setup Wizard provides a centralized, step-by-step way to configure Dynamic Grids and Dynamic Actions under the NAMS Settings tab. Instead of creating and maintaining multiple custom metadata records by hand, admins and implementers can now manage all related configuration in a single, intuitive screen that adapts automatically to their selections. Updated Join and RenewThe Join and Renew functionality for Member Portal modernizes how members start and maintain their relationship with your organization. It replaces legacy, page-by-page experiences with a guided, configurable process that is optimized for conversion, clarity, and self-service. Administrators gain flexible tools to design and manage membership journeys, while members experience a streamlined process for joining, renewing, and updating their memberships. | GA |
