Summer '26 Major Features
GL Override/Split RevenueSimplify complex accounting with the new GL Override/Split Revenue functionality. Associations can now automatically distribute revenue from a single product or variant across up to five different General Ledger (GL) accounts, eliminating the need for manual reclassifications and ensuring accurate tracking across departments. |  |
Bulk Billing (Pro forma) UpdatesNimble AMS has introduced a pro forma–based Bulk Billing capability designed to generate and manage high-volume membership and subscription renewals. This feature enables staff to leverage configurable selection criteria to create pro forma orders in bulk, which can then be reviewed and adjusted before being finalized. Fully integrated with the new Member Portal, Bulk Billing allows members to easily review and pay their renewal invoices online, streamlining the billing process for both staff and constituents. | |

Template ViewerEnhance your Member Portal experience with the new Template Viewer component. This powerful Lightning Web Component (LWC) allows you to surface Nimble Create templates directly within Aura-based Experience Cloud sites—no custom development required. Simply drag and drop the component in Experience Builder to deliver dynamic, reusable, and template-driven content to your users. With support for advanced parameter passing, you can easily display record-specific data or pass values via URL parameters to create highly personalized portal experiences. |  |
Membership Information CardModernize your Member Portal with the new Membership Information Card, a responsive Lightning Web Component designed to replace the legacy Membership Information Card in Community Hub. Built with a modern interface, this component provides members with a clear view of their status and a streamlined path to Join and Renew. | |
Processing FeeOrganizations can now configure and apply dynamic processing fees within the Member Portal based on payment methods and order totals. Administrators have granular control to define fees as either a flat rate or a percentage, set lower and upper order threshold ranges, and determine eligibility at the individual product or product category level. Fees can be configured as "opt-in" for the user or set as mandatory, preventing customers from removing the charge at checkout. This enhancement includes real-time calculation logic, built-in validation rules to prevent overlapping fee ranges, and customizable messaging via custom labels. | |
Enhanced Event Registration ExperienceElevate your events with the new Event Registration Experience, designed to streamline the registration process for both staff and members. This update introduces a modern, wizard-based interface that simplifies complex selections and improves user engagement. | |
