Bulk Billing (Pro forma) Overview
The Bulk Billing for Membership and Subscriptions feature enables staff to generate renewal orders for large groups of memberships and subscriptions in a single, guided process. Using Salesforce list views and a preview-first workflow, staff can bill the right records at the right time, with support for both Pro Forma and Accounts Receivable (AR) orders.
With Bulk Billing, staff can:
Use Membership and Subscription list views to target the exact renewal segment (e.g., “Expiring in 60 Days,” specific products, member types, or regions).
Generate renewal previews that summarize counts and totals before any billing is created.
Create renewal orders in bulk using either Pro Forma or AR-based billing, aligned with your organization’s accounting practices.
Run large-volume renewal cycles efficiently
Track each bulk run through Billing History, including which records were billed, skipped, or encountered issues.
