Password complexity control for Community Hub is done through password policies. A password policy can be in place for both staff and Community Hub users, or for just Community Hub users. To bring clarity to Community Cloud account creation, a password complexity message can be configured to indicate the chosen password policy.

From Setup, click Develop | Custom Settings.

Click Manage next to the "Password Strength Meter Settings" custom setting.

Click Edit next to Password Strength Meter.

Customize the password strength score settings.

Click Save.
