Edit an Entity Crossover

An administrator can update an entity crossover to change the primary and secondary entity.

1. In the tab bar, click  App Launcher, or in Salesforce Classic, click  Nimble AMS, Staff View, Button, All Tabs.

2. Click Entity Crossovers.

3. Select a list view—like All Entity Crossovers—and click Go!.

4. Click Edit next to the entity crossover you want to modify.

5. Make the desired changes.

   Changing the Primary Entity will alert you that the Due-to GL Account is no longer valid with your selection. To complete this change, update the Due-to GL Account that is associated to the new Primary Entity. If you change the Secondary Entity you will also need to change the Due-From GL Account.

   
   

6. Click Save.
