The Choose a Colleague card type displays a list of colleagues sorted by last name from the constituent's primary affiliation. Constituents can select one of the colleagues on the list. If a colleague is currently registered for the event, an icon displays instead of a radio button indicating that they are attending, and Constituents are not able to select them.
You can change the fields displayed on the card type, and the order of those fields, through development effort.
