Membership Order Details Card Type

The Membership Order Details card type is used to display all memberships that have been purchased within an order. For each membership, the card type displays the name of the membership product, the phase (join or renewal), who the membership is for, and any products as part of the membership. Each product shows its listed cost, which are all totaled at the bottom of the card. There are also buttons so the user can edit or remove a membership.
